Julian had asked for his coffee to be ready at 6:45 but instead I just listened until his shower sounded almost done. He made lots of interjections to keep me updated. The water heater has always been kind of terrible. I wonder if he'd feel better about it if I compared it to Max's shower in Happy Endings? His kids pissed in the corner again but I said I'd mop it later. Given that we're having to clean each litter box around 2x/day, I can't help but wonder how much litter we've saved by them using that corner. Always look on the bright side of life? I stayed more focused, got all of my work completed, even though I didn't manage to journal. I did start looking at progressive credit options and we could go with Alliant or Aspiration. I appreciate the alliteration, either way.
I left LMF when Julian got home, only to join her again when he went to the dog park with Terry. I didn't feel like continuing to sit at the computer but I updated my journal from my phone in bed. We have the technology! When he came back, he brought Bobby, another neighbor. I heard them chattering outside when I got more tea, just him asking if we were open and Julian explaining my night job. He eventually needed to use the bathroom, so Julian brought him in to meet me. We have similar hair, both in style and type, but he's also got a rockin' body. Both he and Julian drank more, we all got to know each other. The most noticeable thing for me at the time was our start at reconditioning Julian. I've noticed before that Julian partially jokes about his murderous jealousy. But we've largely grown out of that kind of possessiveness, even though I'm not sure how broad a populace I'm including in "we." Pretty on the nose, Julian was starting the semi-joke rage when Bobby gave him a fist-bump for the orgy or my clients. Bobby himself exuded flirtation, but vague enough for plausible deniability. Even more troublesome, he's a strict condoms-only top and has some terrible phobia of PrEP. I felt like a 3 way might happen, but honestly, it was a bit late to get cleaned up to share a condom top. I crashed around 11, Julian said he'd just smoke another cig and then turn in, since he also had work tomorrow.
