I Need To Learn Time Management...And Not Buy Oatmeal

Saturday - Woke up, laid in bed for a while. Thought there might be sex, but no. Things were slow going to get ready...Dallas came over, I putzed about on the net. I placed my order for my vegetarian plate from Daphne's, since I had my birthday coupon, even though they didn't open until 11. They were great about substitutions, and let me sub out extra dolmas for the spanakopita that it normally comes with. Unfortunately, once I realized we weren't having sex, I was instead seduced by oatmeal, and had a couple servings of that. Dallas and Ken left for the beach, and I stayed to work on my homework. I didn't get a lot done. I don't have a lot that I need to do for Monday, but I could have done a lot more for future classes. Time Management. I did get a lot of downloading and chatting done, and even did a lot of working out. I didn't do as many crunches as I might have, but I did them on the pilates ball, and I think that's a key for effectiveness. Just one more reason to be excited about the new place. I got cleaned up around 4:30 or so, and poked about on the web. Ken came home around 5:30, slightly tipsy, slightly sunburned, but otherwise none the worse for wear. He popped onto A4A for a moment, chatted with Jeff. I putzed about back on my laptop in the living room, until he came out with a hard-on to get me. Got cleaned up as best I could on such short notice...I didn't anticipate much trouble, and certainly didn't anticipate taking as long as I did. Not a big problem, but still. Ken came kind of quickly....way more quickly than I wanted, but what'cha gonna do? Roommate Anthony came home just as I was hopping into his bathroom, which was slightly awkward, but I had taken my underwear with me, so it was fine. There was talk of going over to Nelson's, since Kenny had come home and Nelson had just inherited a large sum of money from his uncle. Just as we were about to leave, Jeff texted me, saying that, on second thought, he could use some company, and would like to come over. I was a little confused, but asked Ken if Jeff could come with us. Ken said no, but that I could do whatever I wanted to. I thought it was a little unfair of him to invite Jeff over, then take off, but whatever. He left for Nelson's, and I stayed and had a drink and a chat with Jeff. Jeff has a friend in Vegas who has been with his boyfriend for about 5 years. This friend says he loves his boy, but that he misses the falling in love. That translates to me that he has fallen out of love. Basically, this gent and Jeff are hedging around having the guy move down here to pursue a relationship with him. Ken called, mentioned that they were going to Betty's for dinner...did we want to come, or no? Jeff was in, so I was as well. We walked over, keeping talking the whole way. Michael was there when we got there, but at the next table. Nelson was buying dinner....I almost got a burrito or something, but opted for drinks instead. 3 vodka and diets, and one vegan scooby snack later, I was happy. It was too late to get into Universal for free, and at first, Ken was going to go to the Flame, but when Jeff and I mentioned we were just going to pick up a bottle of vodka and call it a night, he opted to join us. He picked up some vodka at the store, and we headed back to our place. I made one more drink there, though not a terribly strong one, and we played Life. I got a little cranky after Jeff left, but nothing too bad. No sex.
