Woke up to a wonderful surprise in the morning - it was foggy and cold! Mmmmm - Ken Blanket! I had woken up around 6, so got in a good almost half hour of snuggling. Had a pretty good, productive day at work, too. Kinda got a little behind, but that just meant I stayed a little late. I knew I shoulnd't have started eating when I got home, but I did. Just a baby bowl of TVP, mixed in with some salsa. 3 more of those, and then 3/4 more of oatmedough. *sigh* I was on the last bowl of oatmedough when Ken got home - Nelson had canceled condo checking at the last minute. I also meant to do laundry, but we only had enough quarters for one load anyway. He made us a lovely dinner of tofu and veggies (the tofu was good, it just needed to have cooked longer to caramelize), and I sat and watched Star Trek: Voyager with him, and then sat and watched Mr. & Mrs. Smith with him, and then an episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation. I kept thinking I should get up and go to the gym, or at least do a load of laundry, but all I could see in my head was him whining like a child when he doesn't get his way. I know he's only joking when he does it, but I don't deal well with it. Also, he was being so sweet and loving, and made dinner and everything, I didn't want him to think that his efforts were ineffectual. I finally tapped out of the couch at 9, when he started watching another episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation. I was good and cranky by this time, having passed my tv watching limit at least an hour prior, but tried not to show it. I updated my journal from the weekend, though that took longer than it should have since he kept coming in the room. I shouldn't care if he sees it, but again, he was in such a good mood, I didn't want to upset him by having him read the stuff about taxis on Saturday. Even though it was past 10, I was in desperate need of a shower by that time, so I rinsed off. I think sex might have been on the table, but I was in no condition to bottom. I thought I was also in no condition to top, but 20 minutes later, my hard-on was being pushed away again. At least I know I can.
