Memorial Day!

thepnutgallerySaturday - Woke up fairly early, but laid in bed for a while, listening to Todd in the kitchen making breakfast. He made something non-vegan, though I don't remember what, and I had my oatmedough....mmmm...oatmedough. It's so filling, but I could seriously eat pounds of it at a time. Only had the one bowl, though, since I knew we had Green later that day. Ken found himself enjoying Mario Galaxy for the Wii, so Todd, Michael and I went out to best Buy to get Michael a new phone charger. We also looked at Wii stuff while there, and I browsed some new video game walkthrough from Brady Games. The one I looked at was a pretty standard RPG, the kind I would have been all over back in the day. Now I kind of can't be bothered. Growing up or something. Got back just in time to collect Ken, and the two of us headed out to Green (Todd and Michael begged off). Xenia was there before us, and we waited about a half hour for Ken's mum to arrive...the main girl who had posted from the PPK, JulieBug, never showed. Had a blast anyway - their Buffalo Wings are AMAZING. I also tried the Argentinian Po'boy with Teese on top....the teese was a little overpowering with it's mild, soy cheese taste, but it did melt like cheese. I also got to try a little of the Apricot Miso, and some of the Singapore bowl. Also disappointing were the Thyme Fries, which were really just fries. The place was super duper busy, and I guess some of the patrons didn't realize that no one buses tables - you throw away your trash and leave the empty dishes on top. Ken had to explain about choosing one's battles to his mum and Xenia when I started cleaning up. We played some more video games, I played around online, and then we headed over to the store for a booze refill and the like. Started making a grape vodka watermelon, and Ken made tofu, garbanzo salad (think Tuscan bread salad, but with chickpeas instead of a loaf of french bread), and the vegan flavor of Rice-a-roni. After dinner, the boys wanted to hit the town, so I decided to DD. It was alright, though I started to suffer from SSBD syndrome towards the end. I bought Ken some Whataburger, and we headed home. Michael and I started talking about Apocrypha, and I tried to catch up with everyone else. Todd and Ken went into the hot tub about 15 min. before Michael and I, and were just tapping out as we got in. We stayed up chatting for a while.....I was drunk, but he was DRUUUUUNK. Mentioned that he wanted to fuck me, even going so far as to tell me he'd had sex with Ken the night before. He was just testing the waters on that last one. I'd have been totally down, except that Ken was inside sleeping, and I'm just not that kind of boyfriend. As much as he'd hate to admit it, if it had been Ken out there, the guy wouldn't have even had to ask. Anyway, the water started to get cold, so we just went inside and went to bed. Oh, and I ate the left over tofu and about a half a loaf of garlic bread. Drunk-binge Squeak! Now with Action Day-After Remorse!
Sunday - Woke up early, of course, since I had been drinking, and played some Wii - Boxing, from the Wii Sports pack, ROCKS MY SOCKS. I got an AWESOME workout from it, and the boys had a good laugh over Ken calling me "Killer." I so desperately want more fighting games like that...it would be so much fun! I would burn so many calories! Also made some batter for waffles, since Todd had mentioned he was planning on making them. Ken got up, and we talked a little about the night before. He thought I was going to make with the sexing, but I just told him I wasn't that kind of bf. I imagine that, through example, he'll become a little more loyal, I'll become a little less, and we'll make it work. Or something. The boys had their waffles, and we headed out to the mall. We were ostensibly there to get a gamecube memory card, since the Wii won't save games for it without one, but we also stopped by most of the other stores. Ken bought the Munchkin Cthulu game and expansion, and they had lunch at Chevy's. There was stuff I could've had, but I didn't want to spend any money, and was still quite full from the night before. We were at the mall a little longer than I cared for, but left just as I was startig to get cranky, so it was fine. Played a couple games of Cthulu at home - Todd won all of them. Ken and I drank, but the other boys had reached their limit, and tapped out after 1 drink a piece. The boys played video games, and I poked around online again. A gent had hit me up on A4A, asking if I wouldn't like to take a trip on my own, and leave Ken relaxing at home. Remembering guy from New York, I still declined. I'm pretty sure Ken would have done the same. Mostly. I was up for partyparty when the boys finally finished playing games, but they all just went to bed. I stayed up and beat off. Found myself randy again when I laid down next to Ken, and for the first time in.....a long time, he didn't push me off! Except that after we switched positions, my dick did that thing where I get a shooting pain down the left side of it when I try to enter, and I want to curl up into a ball. We still beat off together, though I get the feeling Ken was very disappointed.
Monday - I slept for just a couple hours before deciding I couldn't sleep, and played video games instead. I should probably have gone for more Soul Calibur, but I played the actual Legend of Zelda game instead. The boys got up around 9-ish, and Michael mentioned that he wanted to watch me play the game. No one else said anything, so I continued on playing. Didn't finish until noon, which was when Ken had wanted to leave for SD. We went out to lunch at some Mexican restaurant that Todd favored - my order was delayed, because I guess the chef originally put meat in it, but I had to send it back anyway, because there was meat in the sauce. DAMN. I had really wanted to go to Green one last time, but they didn't open until 11....I had also hoped that someone might say something about going somewhere prior to me - I had to usher Ken the last time, and no one said anything, yea or nay, when I mentioned it on Sunday. I hate that - that kind of passive dislike of anything. Todd had never been there, and just had the typical omni distrust of vegan food. Ken was all for it, but I get the feeling he didn't want to go there on account of it being 30 min. in the opposite direction that we were headed. Except that after everything was said and done, we didn't leave Todd's until almost 2 anyway. The drive home was uneventful - having gotten so little sleep, I ended up napping for about 30 min or so until we got to Gila Bend, and then Ken tappped out a few minutes after that for a nap of his own. I drove the rest of the way home - only fair since he drove the entire way out there. We had what I hope is a productive conversation in the car - Ken was being very vague with his plans for the evening, and I explained to him that I didn't need him to have cement plans, but if there was a gist, I wanted to know that. Nope. No gist. No plans, wide open. Okay, are you up for an orgy? Bar hopping? No. So, an evening in then? Yes. THANK YOU. He got dinner at Panda Express, and I went to TJ's for Soy Nuggets and ralphs for veggies. Ate a bunch of both, but not too much. Ken came home somewhat early from Justin's, and we went to bed. He was naked when I got in, and I felt bad about turning him down. At the same time, though, I can hardly be blamed for expecting we weren't going to have sex when it's been literally months since we've had sex twice within the same 24-76 hr period. Cuddling was still awesome.
