thepnutgalleryUp and at sem for work, but had an oddly distracted morning. Nothing big even came up, I just wasn't the machine I normally am. I DL'd some of the eservice and worked up a few of mine for tomorrow by the end of the day. Hopefully I'll get back up to par tomorrow.
I had my session with Candace, but I learned much later I forgot to record it. I don't think there were any epiphanies, so I suppose if I had to forget, this was a good one to lose.
Julian's toe was really hurting him, though I'm sure some of that was exaggerated. I eventually persuaded him to go to the doc. Wasn't sure of his medi cal, but felt certain enough to send him over. Terry took him and he was gone for an unusually long time. He stormed in while I was petting Lady Miss Friday, I closed the door and calmed him down. His toe is fractured, but there's nothing to really be done, just RICE. Reportedly, they then wouldn't let him use a phone to call for a ride. Terrible, but like... I've had to get home from tons of ERs and hospitals, and while I've had to walk several times, they've never refused a phone. Likely a miscommunication, just with exceptionally tragic results. He slept when he got home, and his alarm went off for a few minutes before I turned it off. I tried to wake him to find out what the alarm was for, but he crashed again.
When he did wake up, he had errands to run. I felt like I should maybe watch Netflix or play video games in the living room, since I so rarely go there alone these days. However, I can access Netflix from my desktop, and I'd be perfectly happy sealed off from the world with Lady Miss Friday. So I did. Watched a bunch of Happy Endings Season 2 that I'd not really paid enough attention to previously while petting her and it was wonderful. Julian said he'd need my car tomorrow, given his foot, but that's fine. He can just take me before or after he checks his kids. I kind of thought we might fuck, but I certainly wasn't pining for it. There's time. It was a fine day.
