I got pretty stoned in the morning. Tim wanted me to come down, but I was waaaaay too high to go anywhere. I did mention to him that I've bassically inscribed his quote from the other day on my brain. "You're not trying to get high, you're trying to go numb."

Also got a message from Cecile, checking on me, but mostly wanting help because apparently Gabe is now addicted to meth. It's a scourge on our community... And I'm very grateful it hasn't even been an option for me in a long time.
