Dead and Gone

I woke up in the middle of the night and managed to get back to sleep. Woke up again just before 6, so it was successful. Unfortunately, I'd forgotten to eat dinner the night before, and didn't have time to make anything for breakfast. Also, it turns out the cottage on Maple I'd been looking at isn't in Hillcrest at all, but over on Golden Hill. On the plus side, there were several more places in roughly that area that are in that same price range. I emailed one and started my application for another. And I found a therapist that offers sessions on Sunday afternoons. I'll take it.

At home, I finished the kind of awful series I'd been reading, played more of the game I started. Eventually I did have dinner, and of course once I start eating I never want to stop. I set up a better spot for the missing mouse and when I checked in on her sisters saw one of them had died. Just.... Damn.
