Home Stretch
Dec. 4th, 2007 08:52 amWith the LSAT behind me, I figured I would have a lot more free time. Don't really know what I was going to do with it, but at least I'd have it. Then I remembered that I reluctantly said I would be Drosselmeyer for SPAC again this year. The schedule is really very forgiving, and they really didn't have anyone else, so it's not a huge commitment, but it is one more week before all of my time is my own. It also means I think I'm going to be late to the Wine Night that Ken and I are hosting on Saturday. I was MASSIVELY hung over at work yesterday - I would probably have gone home, if we weren't already short three people. My co-worker was nice enough to give me a slice of the bread she was having, and I calmed down once that took effect. After work, I headed directly over to rehearsal - delighted at how much of the show I remember. Still didn't get out until almost 8:30, but I don't think I'm going back until Thursday, so I can stay late one day.
Ken wasn't home when I got there, but I figured that he was at Justin's and he was. I stayed about 10 min., suffering through the last little bit of "Chuck", but tapped out when "Heroes" came on. Ate some carrots and a slice of bread back at home, and putzed around on the computer for a bit until Ken came home. Things seemed kind of weird - he was a little upset that I hadn't confirmed about rehearsal, though he figured that's where I was. Went to bed not touching, though he scratched my head at one point, and I put my hand on his hip. Didn't sleep very well, as you might imagine.
