Xochi is on a leave of absence, Kathy is out the next couple days, and Carl was out, so the day was much busier. And I took Din's claims. Managed to get my second workout in in the afternoon, so I feel good about that. The washer and dryer at my complex will be out of commission this weekend, and I'm imagining a mad rush for them on Friday night and Monday morning.

I finally got around to messaging Esparza about guest performing in the Fall at Rocky, and he's going to check with the council in a few days. I was weirdly trepidatious about doing the show again. I know it's been a while, but it shouldn't be *that* hard to pick back up? I dunno.

Finished the last in the Fortress series by Cherryh, and it didn't so much end as it just...stopped. And most of that author's other work is scifi instead of fantasy. Bummer. I took a chance on a new series, starting with Poison Study, and I'm finding it riveting.
