thepnutgalleryI had a hard time dragging myself to Ryan's for their pre-Cityfest brunch, but I finally did. Had a couple glasses of wine, talked to Ryan about music. Another stalker on Twitter decided he owned me. Warren was running late, his roommates had canceled, and he couldn't find any parking by the time he was finally ready, so he asked if we could walk together. I'm a kicked puppy, so sure.
We walked around CityFest, I got him some food. I wanted to get a drink, but the lines everywhere were horrible. We ran into a million people I knew, but he wanted to meet Glenn and them at Flick's, which suited me just fine. Flicks being further East and therefore less crowded. Flick's turned out to be way less crowded, and then Glenn and them decided on Babycakes instead. We walked over there, Jimmy joined us, I bought us drinks. Babycakes drinks are small, but they're also $4. Except today, when they were small and $7. UGH.
Unfortunately, the booze started hitting me really hard about then, because I hadn't eaten and there wasn't really anything around. It was still a successful day.
