thepnutgalleryMonday - Ken stayed home from work. I didn't tell him as much, but I would have been okay with him hooking up…probably should have said something, since I told him over the weekend how much the idea of him playing while I was working upset me……went to a shoot right after work, where I didn't do as well as I had anticipated, and then home. Layed down for a bit, then went over to Justin's for dinner and Adam's Family Values. The dinner was quite tasty, if high calorie, and the time laying with Ken was nice. We didn't have sex, which is a little weird, but whatev.
Tuesday - Went into work early. Not a lot of overtime, but OT is OT. Went to the bank and Mileage for the second time in a week to try to get tickets for Monster Massive, but the price has gone up since last time, so I'll have to come back AGAIN…the worst part is actually getting out of PB again. Got home after Ken, and was going to nap, but Dallas came over so we could all go to Mo's Anniversary party. Party was a TON of fun - there was even a vegan pasta salad! Chad Michaels reminds me of Jan Ellis, at least when he does Kristine W. Saw Steve there….that made me uncomfortable. Ken also saw him, and kept looking around - ostensibly for this or that, but when he got up to go to the bar, it was right next to where Steve was standing, and I could have sworn that I saw Steve touch his bum. Also saw Allen there, who was Matthew-less, and seemed quite uncomfy. Megan, of Mango and Dango is sheer awesome! I'd had a bit of champagne, and a vodka diet, courtesy of Allan…..I didn't yell at Ken when we got home, but I did get distant.
Wednesday - Woke up super early and couldn't go back to sleep. Got out of work early instead of working overtime. Met Ken for lunch over by his work, then proceeded to get a flat tire on the 163 going home…rode the rim onto the exit for Convoy St., then walked to the nearest non-pay phone to use my last AAA call of the year. The wait at Discount Tire was forever, so I just made an appointment for Thursday, did a little grocery shopping, and went home. Tried to nap when I got there, but didn't fall asleep before Ken got home. Just laying down did a great deal of good though. We had no idea what to do for the evening, but figured that dinner was a good place to start. Ken didn't like either of my ideas, so we walked to Ralphs, and he picked up a pizza, and I made tofu. Still lacking anything to do, we ended up going to Target to pick up a board game, and ended up getting Sleeping Queens, a fun little card game. Even though it was late, and I was really tired, we FINALLY had sex - I can't help but see some irony in this situation.
Thursday - Had a very informative training session at work, and then took my car for a quick tire change afterwards. Still got home before 4, but not before Ken, who'd had a training session in Orange County, but which got out very early. We made dinner at home, which I nearly fucked up, and then Ken went to poker and I stayed home - studied a bit, played D2 a bit, popped onto A4A. Chatted with a couple boys, had a couple drinks. Ken got back around 9:30, and we were going to go out again, but ended up just going to bed. No sex......
