Woke up early, got to work early, which it turns out is good because Lynelle came back today. I had a headache all day at work. I thought it might have been a hangover from the all of two drinks I had the night before, but then I noticed the change in weather and my sinuses going berserk. Also, in yet another episode of "The Squeak That Forgot Time," Loleena's going away potluck was today, not Friday. There was a lot of vegan options, surprisingly, and Cheryl specifically called out my writing as being touching in her speech. I chatted with Laura about books, and men, and Mousey.

Really wanted a night alone, but that doesn't happen in my house. I picked up Julian, went grocery shopping, met up with Bryan and Tim at home. I made everyone dinner while we watched Ali Wong's standup - I do love that Netflix is making Stand-up Specials a thing again. It's good that the potluck was today, actually, because I wouldn't have had the energy to make anything else.

Pupple curled up on my lap, Tim went in to say hello to Lady Miss Friday, but he took a little too long. I texted him, but his phone was out in the living room. I finally had Julian go check on him, and he'd passed out next to Lady Miss Friday's bed on the floor. Lady Miss Friday being a cat, of course, had then moved onto the bed. That taken care of, Julian briefly joked that I'd kick him out of bed to make room for Lady Miss Friday. Haha. Ha. Yeah.
