Game Night

The internet went down almost as soon as I got to the office, and given that Kathy and Din were both out, made for a very very busy day. I helped JJD get the Friday goodies set up, had my last meeting with Lynelle - I'm officially off probation, I've had an over 99% accuracy rate in the last month. On the one hand, yay. On the other hand, I could really have used some time off.


Weirdly, I had zero plans for the weekend, so I invited people over for board games instead. I hit the gym after work, but only did muscle work because I'm always so tired after cardio. I'm back up to 30lbs dumbbells, so that's good.

Kevin is new in town, I spoke to him over a month ago on Scruff, but I hadn't had a game night since then. He's also adorable as fuck and clever. He arrived first, followed shortly by Gina. I thought we might play Spot It but couldn't find it. Bryan, Billy, and Matt all joined eventually, and we played Castle Panic and Taboo. Eventually, of course, it devolved into us just drinking and watching music videos.

Julian came over around 12:30, which meant I wasn't getting laid, but oh well. Gina feels strongly that I should be on a stage, and I agree.
