I have a recurring issue with exhaustion. I think it's a vitamin deficiency, but I'm not sure which one. In short, I get more and more tired, and my limbs increasingly feel like they're filled with lead. I think it's B vitamins, but it might also be an issue with iron absorption, presumably due to my meds. I generally don't know it's happening until it gets to that point, the point it was at today. I barely finished my work, dragged myself to my car, and thought I might pass out on the way home. I didn't make it to the gym, but did manage to get to the store, where I happened to see Matt and his bf, as well as Rasheed.

Christina came over around 7 - I never know how much food to make, or what food, so I just made a bunch of apps and wine. Right choice! TJ's gyoza, edamame, pita & hummus. We caught up about married life, kids, work, relationships in general, animals, career options (if I get fired or want to leave, she knows people who might be able to help get me a job). I gave her the USB with music on it, though I'm not certain she took it with her, since I was tipsy when she left.


Mousey woke up, but wasn't being very social until later. Tim and Kirby came over with Pupple while Christina was still there, and stayed on after. I learned a lot about Kirby - midwest transplant, married to his first husband for 13 years, has had sex with 30 people in his life. If you only count penetrative sex, it's less than 10. Mousey was much more social later in the evening, sitting (and peeing) in both my hand and Kirby's before settling into his cage and chewing on veggie chips and plantain chips.

I finally kicked them both out around 10:30-11 and crawled into bed. Stellar time, really.
