5:30, sweat, hack. Felt like a total rock star at work, though. Burned through everything I was given, then burned through a little more. Asked Wyatt if he wanted to hit the gym with me, started laundry, and got a call about working a second shift.

Workout was great - I still didn't have the energy to do a full one, but the difference in life outlook and emotional wellbeing was night and day. Literally as though the sun finally came out...at least partially because it had been overcast all day, and the sun finally came out, but it was more than that. When I was having all of these health issues, and then the added straw of having to come to grips with not being a Special Bar-passing Snowflake, I had started re-evaluating my life. I am confident again that I am on the right path. I might have stumbled along Squeak Street, I might do it again, but I'm still going.

Talked about that with Wyatt; I've been going strong for a while now, and I had foolishly figured that all my stumbles were behind me. At a minimum, I figured that the next ones were many years away. It is not such a bad thing to remember that there is no minimum or maximum number of potholes on Squeak Street, or Wyatt Way, or any other path in life. Wyatt wanted to get together again after work, but the day finally caught up with me. I did have the visiting Justin Williams over; his view of JD's is very different from mine. We caught up, had a couple drinks, he went home early.

I also talked to a visiting photographer, and we're going to shoot. I'm not feeling very confident about the results, but it costs us nothing but time to try, and maybe it will be a growing experience for when I am in good enough shape to be in front of the camera again.
