Starting to feel a little burnt out on not having a job. Starting to feel very anxious about Bar results. Roommate needed me to take him to FedEx for some school/tax stuff, which was a little unusual, but I had nothing better to do. Finally got around to stopping at the Postal Annex to get rid of the huge bag of packing peanuts that has been in my car for....um....ever. Just got home when he called me to pick him up. Whatever it was he needed to do there couldn't be done. As soon as we got home, he needed a ride to school.
Dropped him off, then got a call from Linda at Office Team - they had a job for me for the next couple days, but needed me to complete data entry and typing speed assessments. No sweat. I did amazing on the assessments, of course, and just needed a phone interview with the CEO. Drove Kenric to La Jolla for a catering gig. When he asked me for a ride, he said he'd give me gas money....when I drove him, he did not give me gas money. Good thing I drive a hybrid.
Stopped at 24 Hour on my way back...still hadn't heard from the CEO, and the pool was full, so I worked out inside. Around 4, I got a call from Linda, asking if I'd gotten the call. Nope. She said she'd call back in a minute. 20 min later, I hadn't heard back, so I went for a quick swim. Still no call when I got out.

I had a guy over in the evening; he's come over before, likes when I call him "daddy" and "sir," gets pretty aggressive. He was probably too aggressive this time; pulled my nipples, spanked me, slapped me. All fine, just a little too hard. I told him as much after.

A couple boys hit me up online - the gent who wants me to do a movie for his website was first, then a couple guys who were partying. First guy canceled at the last minute, and it was late enough that I didn't feel like playing with party boys.

Tim called from the parking lot at school. I appreciate he wants to talk to me, but when I'm on his way home, he should really just stop by. We went grocery shopping, so he would have stuff to eat when he comes over. I got "meatballs" and 100-calorie chocolate bars, but then realized I had forgotten my wallet. He rolled his eyes as he paid...I can't fathom he was serious. We talked about a lot of things, but the only thing that sticks in my mind was the nature of seeking assistance, and the value of it being given.
