Dinner at the Palace
May. 6th, 2021 10:25 amI thought I'd left the door open for Julian, but he texted me at 5:30 asking to be let in, though he was surprised that I immediately got up. He apologized for staying out so late, but IDGAF. I just want him to have fun. It's a vacation. Since I still had some time before work, we laid together, which rapidly became fucking. I topped this time, so we also got to listen to the Fucking Julian mix, and we came simultaneously. Great way to start the day! I'd thought about calling into work, but I still didn't feel tired so it's not like I could have gotten any more sleep.
Rachel invited us over for dinner, so in spite of the temptation to try for a restftul night again, we zipped down there. She lives in the Pink Palace in Golden Hill, just a block or two from Julian's old place. I had a photo shoot down there years ago, though I don't recall if I ever fucked the photographer. She made stuffed peppers for dinner, and made a vegan batch for me. I washed some of the dishes, but stopped when I ran out of room to dry them. She was there with Edwin, one of her gentlemen friends; she's Poly. Even better, he has a dog! A really, sweet, happy, adorable pup named Toby. We brought the Icebreaker Decks and just went around the table rolling die with the option of Icebreaker or Deeper no matter what you rolled. Rachel, like Julian and myself, has grown and changed so much since last I knew her. She's finishing her degree and fully with me on staying Goal Oriented. I brought my breathalyzer but managed to actually stay pretty sober. Go me!
