Nov. 19th, 2011 12:55 pmWoke up around 12:30, with many many text waiting for me. Went over to Big Eric's apt to grab his phone charger & meds. His landlord was a strange man with a Big Ruff Tuff schnauzer. She kept barking at the door, he would pick her up, place her a few feet away and come to the door. She ran back to the door and the scene repeated. This happened about 10 times before he finally just let her out.It started raining on the way up there. The hospital was HUGE and gorgeous. More hotel than hospital. Spent a few hours there, then headed over to TJ's to visit First Husband Anthony. It was still raining quite heavily, and the parking lot was insane. Also felt like I should buy something, but wasn't really hungry. Opted for a ZBar in the end.
Tried to get some work done, but my stomach was distractingly upset. I think the rain and cold finally got to me. Somewhere in my head, being undetectable with >800 CD4s = no longer immunocompromised. Or maybe that equation is right, and I'm just a spoiled San Diegan who can't take a little rain.
