So if you have children that you are raising is your marriage legal?

Or if you are married (heterosexual) and you have no children ever are you then considered not married?

I'd say something about it being a French court but the French have traditionally been fairly progressive in such things. Though I now recall something about a conservative movement in France though I can't remember if it was a shift in power of simply a shift in societal tendencies.

I seem to recall something about the rise of conservatism in France, a country typically allied with progressive thought.

I heard something similar..or maybe it was Canada, where conservatism is rising, just not so bad as it did in the U.S. in the 80's.....highly depressing in any event.
