Slept at home last night, bundled just as warmly as I could, and had to call in sick today anyway. I e-mailed Ken around mid-morning, and we idly chatted back and forth for a bit. He offered me some herbal tea and Emergen-C, though I think he wanted me to get them before he went out for the evening, so as to not have the awkward question of whether or not I would spend the night come up. I napped, though I should have gone to the sauna at the gym instead, as I woke up with a headache, and I may not be able to sleep tonight because of it. I'm getting ready to go work a couple hours at the studio before dance class, but my head and sinuses have just flared up in a big big way. Too late to back out now. I'm hoping that it's the darkest hour just before the dawn sort of thing. Ken said I could call after class tonight, and if I don't end up hanging with him and his friend, I may head up to the gym for sauna time.
