Rich's With Amanda Is Not A Double Standard

Friday – Headed down to school early, and worked on my appellate brief the whole day, when I wasn't in tutoring. I was tempted to go home or to the store on break, but I stayed focused. Ended up talking with Nicole after Property for about 20 min. We're both very excited about the case. Ken called while I was walking back to my car, just because I'm usually home before him. I stopped at Ralph's on the way home, but didn't buy anything, then got vodka, mayo, and cafe twists from TJ's. Saw Tom there, and he invited us to go see his new musical that's opening downtown. I was hoping to nap at home, but Ken called again, and let me know that he'd seen Justin, and they wanted to go to Betty's. Really, I should have napped anyway. Justin met us at home, and then we headed over to Betty's. There was a really long wait for a table, and Timmy joined us. Justin bought a round of drinks, and even got me a raspberry vodka and diet, though I declined. Ken & them shared a taco plate and got guac, so I had some chips and tortillas, and wisely stopped drinking after my second cocktail. Having eaten, we walked home after that, and continued cocktailing. We didn't really have a plan for the evening, but then Amanda messaged me, letting me know she was going to Rich's, and Eric showed up a little after 11, so we went. Poor Amanda was stuck outside, and the security guard wouldn't let her in. The music inside wasn't very good. Ken went to pee at one point, and Amanda sent a text saying she was inside. Eric and I went to look for her, and Ken got mad that I left, saying again that it was a double standard. He went to bed without saying goodnight, and I ate a can of mock duck with Teese.
