thepnutgalleryWednesday - Given my atrocious performance on Monday, I tried to volunteer in Civ. Pro. It's actually a good thing he wouldn't let me, because I had briefed the wrong case. That's what I get for looking cases up by name, instead of citation. I meant to do my Property reading during the break, but it just didn't happen. Fortunately, I didn't get called on anyway. Torts tutoring went fine, but I ended up sick and tired the whole night at home.
