Wednesday - Ken had to work a full day, but decided we should maybe have some friends over before heading over to Glenn's. Leo and I went to Nature's Express for lunch, and we got Ranch Chik'n sammiches..mmmmm...Headed over to the store after that. Leo bought some sodas, some chips, and some Jack Daniels for the parties, and I bought my vodka and more tofu from me. Ken was actually ready to go after that, so we met him at home. People were supposed to start showing up around 5:30, and Leo showed us Mortal Kombat Vs. DC Universe. We all had a cocktail, and he played...not as good as I was thinking he might be. He let me have a turn, and I pulled up people's special moves online. Still didn't give me any combo's, but it was a start, and enough to beat the game, eventually. That took much longer than anticipated, and it was already 5:10. We started putting things out, and ended up getting them out LONG before anyone got there. I made my roasted chickpeas, but they didn't come out how I wanted them at all. Leo liked them, though, so I guess they were okay. Nancy was the first to show up, followed by Dallas, and eventually Nikki, Jason, Jason, Daniel, Nicki, some friend of his from NY, and Justin all showed up. I thought I would need to DD, so I didn't drink anymore, but it turned out things were fine. Jason and I went to the store to pick up another bottle of booze, and then drove over. The party was okay - someone brought Trader Joe's brand chocolate covered cherries, which happen to be vegan, and there was some guac. Some boys got in the hot tub naked, but I was good and didn't join them. I talked to Jason a little, but not much. Somehow the topic of sex came up, and I mentioned that I'd gotten it the last two days, and wasn't expecting it tonight. He replied that NO ONE could possibly go everyday. Puh. We ended up leaving just after 1, and just went straight to sleep.
