Monday - We slept in a little, since the car place didn't open until 8, then drove up to Precision Auto Tune, which is now some other private company, dropped his car off and drove mine back down to school. Property was supposed to start becoming really hard, with remainder estates and the like, but I found it to be fairly easy. I spent the next several hours going back and forth with Mike Harper - I finally tore myself away long enough to pay attention in CivPro tutoring. I always feel like I get stuff in tutoring...not so much in class. I wanted to stay for the review of the practice final, but my ride was leaving. Rats. At home, Ken was laying on the bed, apparently feeling very very ill. I laid down with him for a little while - he mentioned that he'd love me forever if I would get him some soup. He wanted Chicken Noodle, but I couldn't very well condone that action. He also wanted something bready to eat with it....crackers being too salty, but wasn't sure what else he'd want. He wasn't hungry, but we both agreed that I should go now, so that if I spent forever in the store, as I sometimes do, I'd be right on time. Walked back and forth between Ralph's and TJ's a couple times, trying to decide what to get. Finally found a "Chickenless Noodle Soup" in the health aisle at Ralphs and some whole wheat french bread. Saw Jason, the gent who wanted to date me and later said he sucked Ken off in the bathhouse. He said how good I look, and how he hated our timing. I just said he should have hooked up a 3-way last week...he asked with who, and I reminded him I suggested a 3-way with his bf. He sent another text on my way home. Ken was laying on the couch when I got back...I put the soup on the stove, with an extra can of water and some spices, in case he was really hungry. He loved the soup, loved the bread. I still ended up eating most of the bread, and still wanting more. He laid down in our room, and I started arguing with Mike again. Just as I ignored Mike, and settled in on my paper, Ken called, wanting some snuggles. He lamented being sick, and I lamented with him, but also pointed out that it could have been worse - he could have been as sick as I was, and on the week of vacation, with no one to look after him. He agreed. I laid with him for about a half hour, after which he let me go. I liked the snuggling, but I have a desperate sense of falling behind. I finished the paper, argued with Mike a little more, and went to sleep. It was too hot for any more snuggles, even once I put the fan on.
