Friday - There was no Contracts class, and though I really wanted to go to Property tutoring, I just couldn't bring myself to go down there for all of an hour. Besides, I was pressing the attack on a Prop 8 supporter....he kept talking about God, and I kept asking him about his non-god reasons for supporting it...more god talk. He never did answer, but I feel good that I kept pressing him. I should have volunteered in Civ Pro, since I would have done decently at it, and it would get me off the hook for future. He seems to mostly ask for volunteers these days, so that really isn't a terrible worry anyway. Crim tutoring was just so-so...apparently people have been complaining to the dean about Mike. He says he'd rather quit than do it by the book. We'll have to see what happens. Ken went to get his hair cut after work, and I was still arguing with the guy. We went to the store to get booze for his trip when he got home, and then he took us out to dinner at Mandarin Dynasty. Mmmm...S&P Tofu and General Tso's. Goooooood stuff. Back at home, he finished the laundry he was doing, and I packed up the booze for him. He filled up the remaining water bottle with the leftover Absolut La and some of my Vodka of The Gods...yeah, color me surprised at that one. I'm not really one to pay special attention to such things, but it was also the one year anniversary of the day we found out about us. Just bears mentioning. We talked about going out, but I guess nobody else got back to us. Justin, Ellen, and her hot hot boyfriend came over in their undies and we had cocktails at the house. Not the night I guess I'd hoped for, but not terrible.
