Sunday - We got up early and headed out to Ikea again, this time a half hour before they opened. We were greeted by a MASSIVE line. They were handing out vouchers for the items, and actually sold out with 20 min. to go before they even opened. Well, we tried. Headed over to Marshall's after that, except that they were also not open, and then headed into Borders to wait. While we were there, Ken found a book he wanted, and asked if we could head home to grab the B&N gift card he'd re-gifted to me to use on it. I had no problem with this, since I had some stuff to get done there anyway, but suggested that we also look online. I found it for much cheaper there, and still used the gift card. Doesn't make much of a difference, but it's a few more dollars left for the next purchase. We cleaned out the closet, which confused me a little as to my role, since all of my stuff is packed up from when I moved in....that finished, it came time to go to brunch at Mo's with Nelson. I normally don't mind this, but I hadn't eaten, and really wanted to get my work done. Ken mentioned he was just going to get a salad, and maybe one drink, so no side to hold me over or anything. I opted against brunch, and Ken said "Okay, I'll see you in a little bit." About two hours later, I started thinking brunch was going over long. Ken sent me a text around 3:15-ish, saying there was a guy interested in fun times. I said sure, and he said he'd try to work it out....wait, if he's interested, what's to work out? I sent as much in a return text, but got no response. At 4:45, I called him, though he didn't answer, and left a message saying I thought that nearly 5 hrs was a bit long for brunch, but whatever, I had to head to rehearsal, and would see him when I got home. Rehearsal went well...I'm a little surprised at some of the choices for the live show, but that's their decision to make. Rehearsal also got out a bit late, so I didn't get home until almost 7. Still no Ken. Called him again, and this time did not leave a message. I called Tim after that, who didn't answer, and then got a call from Ken. He was in his car, and wondering what was going on. Ummmm....you were supposed to go to brunch, and it's been 7 hrs? He asked if he was in trouble, and I said of course, and he came home pissy. A huge argument ensued, in which he first tried to say that I had tapped out of the day...I laughed in his face about that, since we both knew what I would cite, and he EVENTUALLY said that he was a good bf, even though I guess the guy had tried to do stuff anyway, and yes he kissed him and "made him comfortable", but didn't do anything else. I was furious that he hadn't communicated with me all day, and downright livid that it took him so long to come out with his partial admission. He's the one who has a problem with us making out with other people, so I don't really know what his punishment should be for breaking his own rule. He sent a drunken e-mail, giving a bunch of bs about me not trusting him, and ending with emo bs about his dad. I started writing a snarky e-mail back, but wisely saved it as a draft and passed out instead.
