Lazy Saturday

Saturday - Ken came out in the morning, telling me how good he was the day before by not fighting with me. I told him how I didn't make any move to fight with him either, and we went round in circles for a bit. Eventually, we got up and headed out to run some errands. First, we went to Marshall's, where he bought a silverware set, and I bought the cutest mug ever. I actually paid for the mug myself, but I guess the lady voided out that transaction and then redid everything together on the same bill. Ken teased me about it, and I had to remind myself that, even though he was gloating and gloating and gloating, he had still done something nice for me. We also went to Ikea for their super sale, only to find out they were already sold out of the sale items. Over to Bed, Bath & Beyond, where he realized he didn't have his coupon, then to Staples, for a second shot at getting super sale CDs. They were out, but I'm thankfully not afraid of talking to salespeople, unlike everyone else on earth, and got one of the gents to look in the back. Success! We headed home for the coupons, and picked up some Bennigan coupons at the same time. Called Justin and Dallas, though only Justin joined us. Sadly, the gorgeous waiter that we had last time wasn't there. I got a burger with a pretzel bun, which really wasn't worth it, and drank lots of water. Afterwords, we headed back over to BB&B with Justin. Ken picked up the coffee-maker he wanted, and they got some stuff for the cruise. Justin is talking a lot about how much sex he's going to have on board, but I know that's all bluster. I'm imagining that Ken is going to hook-up at every party there, but we'll have to see. We laid down to nap at home, which quickly turned to sex...it took me longer than I'd hoped to get ready, but it was okay. I found myself unable to sleep after, so I worked on my paper for Legal Skills. Ken wanted me to shower, and I promised to before we went out for the night, or if we didn't, to shower before bed. Dallas came over...I guess Ken had woken up and was texting him, and then we were headed over to Mo's....no shower. While there, an older couple that kept looking at us skipped out on their bill, and a caricature artist asked if he could draw us. Ken said yes, but was then reluctant to pay the man. Michael texted while we were there, offering Rich's at 11, and Ken responded "Super!". We finished dinner, then headed home. Ken had thought about going, but mentioned that he wouldn't be paying my cover if we did go. I thought about going anyway, since I get a significant discount with my pix membership, but I didn't sleep well at all the night before, and just called it a night.
