Wednesday - Slept in for about an hour, then got up and poked about on the computer. Ate some cereal and some oatmeal, but wasn't really hungry for either. I kept thinking I should go to the gym, but I decided to lay down just before I went....3 hrs later, it was a little too late to go - peak hours and all that. Ken came home, and we chatted briefly before he went off to look at some homes with Nelson. He found a couple that he liked, and one that he was going to put an offer on. He went to see Wall-E with Chris and Brandon. I went to the gym. I actually had an even rougher time getting started, and was behind, calorie-wise, for most of my workout. Ended up going 5.27 miles, 840 calories, 50 mins. Also did 4-5 sets of bicep curls. Here's hoping this shows next week! I still wasn't hungry when I finished, though I thought I could go for a protein shake....TJ's was closed, though, so I went to Whole Foods instead. They only had vegan protein powder that was high in sugar, and fairly expensive, so Iopted out. Ken was home watching SYTYCD when I got home, so I sat down with him. Thought about eating, but nothing sounded good. No sex, either. Ah, well.
