thepnutgalleryLady Miss Friday was licking her lips a lot again and eventually had that messy, watery vomit. On my bed. But I felt pretty awesome that she vomited on the shirts I leave out for her. Obviously there's no intention in vomiting, but at least I didn't have to change the sheets. Tim called me in the morning, though it took me a minute to remember the headphone jack I keep in for Current. We talked some about her vomiting and my anxiety over it. She doesn't have any other symptoms of diabetes or any other major health problems, so much of this is just me finding another way to beat myself up. He mentioned that she hid in the closet when I was using. I'll probably spend the rest of my life trying to make it up to her.
I cleaned some, mostly the stuff I meant to do yesterday. But my vacuum was wonky. Loud AF and not great at sucking. There's a joke there, I'm sure of it... Don't eat the crab dip! Yeah-yeah! Lady Miss Friday hid under the covers, and it turns out I'm supposed to rinse the filter every 3 months. I did that, and here's hoping. I also qualified for my first $20 payout from my phone. The boost they advertise just increases your per minute earning rate by 1, and you can only use one at a time, but it's all free money.
I smoked a lot, and thought a lot about buying wine. Vacillated quite a bit but the Relapse Susurration pushed me to Team Booze. I left my phone charging but heard it ring as I was leaving. It was Julian, so I brought him to the store with me. He seemed to just want to be on the phone with someone, and so the trip was dual purpose. Leeloo Dallas Multipasstask! And it was late enough that there was no line for Trader Joe's, so I decided to see what was new there. They had a tabbouleh hummus, I picked up some new treats for Pupple, and since I couldn't decide between wine and vodka...Both. Both? Both. Both is good. Then over to Ralph's so I could grab some rubbing alcohol and A LOT of frozen veggies. Oddly, I didn't end up drinking much when I got home. Maybe a drink and half? That feels like progress.
