Insomnia Again

thepnutgalleryMy sleeping meds didn't work, so I took more. Around 4 the neighbors knocked on the wall telling me to keep it down, so I guess they can hear me. It was faint, though, so I'm definitely better insulated here. I didn't end up sleeping at all, or cumming. And I couldn't even keep water down, so I maybe should have called in sick. But I know that would have led to me getting high all day. In the morning, I got a call from the doc, and they were able to switch my appointment. But when I called, the place was on 4th in Hillcrest. Oh, well. Scheduled that, requested the time off. Work kept me swamped all day. I barely got done with my essentials, and didn't get around to working up the NOA's.
Once I got home, I still thought about using, but to use again on the first day cutting back seems like a bad idea. I played video games and read instead. I made some tofu and bread, then took my sleeping meds which didn't seem to work for me. I at least laid in bed for awhile.
