Woke up bright and early on Sunday to take Ken to the airport (he's in St. Paul for a couple days), only to realize, just before stepping out the door, that we had forgotten to set the clocks back. This proved to be a good thing, as we ended up finishing what we started the night before. Final score for the weekend: Top 3, Bottom 1. Look how vers I am!
Anyway, after "Take Ken to the Airport: Take 2", I got a message from Marcus, suggesting we meet up at the Farmer's Market. Super!....except that he didn't say where at the Farmer's Market we were supposed to meet. I had never been there before, so I just walked laps of the place until I found him. I was soooooo unspeakably happy that the Tamale stands not only had vegan tamales, but had them clearly posted on their menus! I had been hoping to find someplace selling cookies, but no such luck. We made one more lap of the place together, and then walked down the "Rainbow Mile" (University) and back again. It was a good talk, and when we made our final lap of the Market (to actually buy stuff) I got to educate a cute European boy at the Gyro stand on the word "vegan". I bought a set of tamales (1 fresh, 2 frozen), and shared some with the girl next to me in line. She seemed as stoked that someone was sharing as I was that the tamales were vegan. Back at the apartment, we talked a little more, and then I sent him on his way.

I had about an hour between Marcus leaving and Matthew picking me up, so I just putzed around on the computer for a bit. We watched Allen's tennis match, then picked up some grub for the boys and headed back. We were going to have cocktails at my place, but Justin was already entertaining, so we headed over there for a bit instead. This also made it much less awkward when I had to step out for rehearsal, as I didn't have to kick anybody out. Rehearsal was fun, and I picked up the last of my stuff from Casa de Casa.

Jason came over for pizza and drinks, and we ended up eating with roommate Anthony and his friend Jason. It went really really well - Anthony and friend stepped out long enough for Jason and I to have Grown Up Talk. I think I drank too much, though - we both had about a half-bottle of Absolut, and I ended up passing out on my bed. Also, in addition to eating most of the pizza, I apparently ate one of my tamales. This only makes me sad because I don't remember it. :-(
