Just Like Old Times

thepnutgalleryWoke up early on Saturday, and despite a rather strong desire to stay in bed, took Ken's car in. We wasted time until it was done, then picked it up, and went with Dallas and friend Monica to Mo's for brunch. I opted against ordering anything, though I did help Ken eat his fries. Dallas and Monica went shopping, and we were going to rendez-vous with them back at Dallas' to hang out for the rest of the afternoon, but upon arriving home, found ourselves otherwise occupied. Hang-over sex is the best. We took a nap after sex, only to start up again upon waking. *sigh* Just like old times.
Anyway, we finally did head over to Dallas', too late to catch Monica, but still in time to watch an episode or two of "Weeds" and some really REALLY bad music videos on LOGO. I mostly just checked out vegan blogs and food porn online. Left Dallas to take a nap of his own, agreeing to meet up later for more dancing at Montage. We went to dinner at Amarin, and I discovered my Thai dish of choice - curry, and then headed off to the Sci-Fi party at the Hall of Justice. It's always so nice to see the Rocky folk, even if our visit was necessarily short. Ran home for a drink and a shower before taking the trip down to Montage. We'd both called and texted Dallas, though he wasn't responding. Down at Montage, things took a while to get going, and never really got packed, though it certainly got quite busy. David was there, as well as Hank and Jonathan. Everyone was super nice, and my only real qualm with the evening was that we didn't stay long enough, or dance enough while we were there. Got home around 2:30 or so, fooled around for a while, and then went to bed. :-D
