thepnutgalleryTuesday - Big day yesterday - first of all, for everyone out there who wants to call but feels weird about calling Ken's phone/a long distance number, now there's hope! Just dial (619) 795-7002, mailbox 3!
Went to the gym for the first time in months yesterday, and damn am I out of shape! I only did about 3/4 of the workout I used to do (496 calories), only made it through because there happened to be a spin class playing Madonna behind me, and it damn near killed me! In other words, I'm in better spirits than I've been in for a very long time. :-D LA fitness is a great gym - very clean, pretty, state of the art looking - Frog's is a bit different - it has a more gritty, industrial feel to it - I like it. There are also LOTS of gay men there - mostly older, but in fantastic shape. After I had been working out a bit, one of them started on the machine next to me, and finished his workout before me - he gave my ass a playful smack on his way past, and told me to have fun. I love the gym!!!!
Back at home, Ken was starving, but decided we had nothing he wanted, so we picked up potatoes, onion, and sausage from the store. He was originally going to buy regular sausage, but I convinced him to let me run next door and get Tofurkey brand instead. Back at home again, we logged onto A4A and had some entertainment over. Fun times. The only downside to yesterday is that I didn't get any studying done for the LSAT.....not good.
