Back at work I had emails from both Lynelle and Dave telling me I needed to email or call personally, since JJD's email came in an hour after I'd normally arrive. I also had a talk with Lynelle because I don't always route my transcript breakdowns to the attorneys. Most of my cases don't have them anyway, because I get the appointment order in early and we never receive a record, but it's in CMS, the atty gets an email, and it's on their printout the next day. She was upset, but finally came around and we've now changed the policy. Amazing. Then later Dave came in to tell me to prioritize my claims over my paralegal work. Works for me.

Hit the gym, was was really really great to get back to, except for some weird pain in my left forearm doing bicep curls. Probably just need to start working them separately.
