thepnutgalleryIt being the last possible day I could, I headed down to the county office to turn in my paperwork for the Low Income Health Program. What a ridiculous wait! I'm not sure if the inefficiency is a product of bureaucratic ineptitude or an intentional stumbling block to receiving services. Went ahead and hit the gym when I was done.
