Got to work on time this time, and had a productive day. Finished 2 more of the applications for orphan drug status, made it home before traffic got ridiculous. Linda Ruiz called me to ask how it was going, and to say that she might come out dancing with us. Alex came over for mutual buzzing. Poor guy has had two rounds of laser hair removal (so, 12 treatments) and it's still bad. I figured Linda wouldn't be the only one coming over, so I picked up some mixers, some booze, and some snacks. For god only knows what reason, I didn't nap when I got home, just sort of putzed around online while I invited folks out to Rich's. No one was up for it, which has never stopped me before. Some people were too high (it being 4/20), some were working, some just didn't respond. Everybody, though, seemed happy to have an individual invitation, rather than a bulk one. Finally just passed out around 11:30.
