Career Counseling

Not anywhere near as bad a day as I thought it was going to be for how late we were up. I had my meeting with Heidi, Cal Western's Career Counselor. She likes Lady Miss Friday but she's concerned I'm not mentally and emotionally healed up to pursue a career as a Real Lawyer. What she said was that maybe I should focus on taking care of myself, given everything I've been through. But she also recommended I join the Animal Law section of the San Diego Bar Association. I've paid a couple hundred thousand trying to do and make "enough," a couple hundred more at this point doesn't matter. The much larger monster is anxiety over even looking at the possibility of another job, when ADI has put up with so much from me.
