The Hangover After
May. 13th, 2021 08:37 amThere were more belated congratulations coming from friends. One of them was Tom from Palm Springs. He wanted to congratulate me on the marriage, but also tactfully ask what that meant for Sean's party and if they could crash here for it. Julian and I discussed this before his trip - we prefer to play together, but if we can't...whatever. Have fun, take pics. He just wants to know. And they can absolutely crash here for the party, they just have to stay out of Lady Miss Friday's room. Also a message from Kenneth, amazed and wanting to catch up. I said I'd pick him up for the Fox Den Friday event tomorrow. He'd confused it for the Foxhole event. Happens! And he's open to starting an Only Fans, just wants to get more content first. I can certainly assist with that. I explained our guidelines, and we'll see what happens. And then David sent congratulations. Much like Tim's blessing, that meant a lot to me. It led to a much deeper conversation about what I did for him after his breakup. Other than fuck his brains out. Turns out there was a lot of self-esteem and self-worth collateral damage from his breakup that I helped with. It was a really wonderful talk, and he even referenced Obligational vs Recreational sex. He's one of very few people who ever understood that difference, though now that I think of it, even having that is a little fucked up. Yet another quirk.
I got through work okay, but I got a hangover around noon and suddenly couldn't hold anything down. Laid down with Lady Miss Friday on my lunch break, Julian went to the store to find some anti-nausea medication. It took a while, and I remembered Pedialyte is supposed to be awesome for hangovers, so I texted him asking him to snag some of that too, but I heard his phone ding in the living room. He'd left it here. He came back with two kinds of medication, one supposed to be non-drowsy and one with sleepy time effects. Naturally, I took the latter, and he insisted on running out for the Pedialyte as well, and brought back some diet ginger ale and diet 7-up, too. Very sweet.
