Surge Against the Tide

I woke up early, and with far more energy than I had cumulatively yesterday. I barred myself again from trying to save money by rationing groceries. It was my aggregation that saved me. I'm looking at saving maybe $5/month by scrimping on my already lean grocery budget. Sure, great, but how much more am I spending? That still stays a shard of savings. I hopped over to Ralph's, and while there was no discount vegan sushi, I made use of the Note App on my phone, and I was really happy with my restraint and timing. And I bought vodka.

I was upset I didn't have the energy to take my car to the smog check yesterday, and I felt myself simultaneously tired again and *very* eager for chemical numbness. I latched on to a bit of energy on my lunch break and even remembered to run back for the form. It needs a Star Station or something, but of course she gave me a recommendation. I like keeping my money in her universe.

I combined vodka and weed in the evening, and whether I can claim any credit or not, I'm happy with the night. I got beautifully numb but not messy. Not that I'd have denied enthusiasm at a PU-36 Space Modulator, but I spent most of the night journaling, exploring, and basking in Lady Miss Friday's glow.
