Balances

Woke up a little late, but got into work just fine. I was going to (finally) do laundry in the morning, but Lady Miss Friday was sleeping behind the hamper, and of course I didn't want to bother her. When she got up for water, I went ahead and started it. Apparently I was vomiting in the middle of the night. I ate the last of the satay from last night, but my tummy was gurgling all day.

Julian was out of beer, so we zipped over to the store after work. I grabbed some tortillas, coffee, and cat treats while I was there, and sicne I'm so scatter brained, Julian started just naming random items in the store to job my memory. Patrick was supposed to come over in the evening, but I guess never finished his homework. Jimmie was going to come over again as well, but same deal. My new copy of Rice Boy showed up, which is lovely, and I finally got around to submitting my FSA claim.

Julian watched the Umbrella Academy, and the couple times I peeked it I thought it might be a bit too...grisly, but I did join later. Kate Walsh, who plays The Handler, looked like Wendy Malick, and I loved her hair. Ellen Page's character has a sort of Phoenix-Force thing going, complete with having her powers suppressed by their former leader. It's a trippy, somewhat fascinating show.

I cooked up some soy curls for taco night, but didn't find myself hungry.
