Needs

Princess parking again in the morning, both knees still angry AF. I managed to stay focused on work throughout the morning, but The Tired came back and brought The Grumpy with it. It's been a really long time since I've been in that bad of a mood, come to think of it. Kind of reminds me of my terrible mood swings when I was younger, really, or when I was doing my crazy diets. Or both.

I stopped by the bank on my way home, paid most of my credit card bill. I considered asking Tim for the extra checks from his employer that he owes me, but he'll probably swing by this weekend and I'll probably need that money just as much next month.

It's been a day/week/month/lifetime of people hitting me up with needs that I can't fulfill or I'm just not in a place to. Earlier this week, a guy I've never spoken to, but is somehow on my Friend's list anyway, hit me up with "SOS." I tried to find out what was wrong, what he needed, what he was even asking for, but like so many teenagers, it seemed more about the scene than addressing any issue. He messaged me again to apologize, and when I explained it was frustrating to be asked for generic help but declined specifics, he just said his mind was a "web." Because high school. Also he apparently wrote a play where someone considers suicide, finds hope, then dies anyway. Because edgy high school. On the plus side, we both love the song Uninvited by Alanis Morissette. He wanted to see me immediately, but it was nearly 10, so apparently we're having dinner tomorrow, and he dropped a few hints that he wants to fuck, too.

As much as I'd planned on getting my ho on while Justin was away, I haven't really been in that space, which isn't terribly surprising. I haven't been in that space for over a year now, it just happened to coincide with meeting him, really. I'm aware it's not really healthy, but I'm not looking forward to and simultaneously prepared to get high to fuck this guy if I need to.
