No Means Maybe

Dave asked if I could spare some time to help him with move-related stuff. We need to change the home address for the business, figure out where we're storing video equipment, etc. Peter messaged me, too, asking to come over and use some big new toys he'd bought. Peter is a good lay, but there's a lot of awkardness there at this point, on top of my already withdrawing from contact. I told him I'd contact him after. Lucky was really excited to see me, but then decided to go chase shadows in the back yard instead. I love seeing a happy animal, so I was fine with that. Dave wasn't prepared for much - he had the equipment laid out, and we tried to dub over Steve's godawful acting, but his computer wasn't cooperating. Mostly, he wanted to talk. He talked about his job situation, and "admitted" that he sent Gage an email. I can't read Gage's mind, but whatever his reasons for not responding, the break has been good for both of them, I think. I also talked about the difference between helping and enabling - I'm aware of this thing, but I couldn't pick it out of a lineup.

Finally headed home, messaged Peter, but he wanted to get cleaned up at my place, which is still not possible. He asked to reschedule for tomorrow, and I can tell you right now that's highly unlikely.
