Making the Rounds

Tim called in the morning, asking me to come down to his boat. I hate driving down there. A lot. But I eventually agreed...except then I dawdled. Big Eric texted me to see if I wanted to go to Mo's, so I went over there. He had his date from the last night over, Littlest Eric. They had lunch at Mo's, then we all went down to Tim's boat. They did more chatting than I did, though I did mention that it had been *days* since I last had sex. My phone was dying by this point, so I went home when we left. I got a text from Big Eric that Matt was joining, and then one saying "you'll never guess who just broke up!" I had a feeling this was about Ken, but given the previous text, worried it might have been about Matt. I didn't mention it when I got there.

The boys were watching some movie in 3D, so I sat down with them. Big Eric texted back and forth with Leo, and we went to pick him up. Eric mentioned in the car that Ken had broken up. Matt and I went in to get him, and Leo mentioned that Ken had been blowing his phone up all day. Evidently, this is the first he or anyone else has heard from Ken in quite some time, and no one is very happy about it. Both he and Matt trashed Ken's drug use and DJing, and then we all headed off to #1 on Fifth for my friend's bday.

People trickled in slowly. I said hi to Mark and Mikey on the way in, to the bday boy when he arrived, and chatted with John Ermin before I got a call and had to leave. Saw Michael Leeper on the way out, curiously with Chad, but didn't have time to ask.

I rejoined the boys pretty quickly, but they were already at Mo's even so. I ordered a vodka/diet, got a vodka/soda, so didn't have to pay for it. Huzzah! Kenric and Jonathan were there, wanted to pick up Justin, so I drove them over to his place. We had another drink there, Justin didn't want me driving to Pecs, and at Pecs, things get fuzzy. I remember talking to Chris Walsh, maybe to Chris Crisp, and something about a cute boy. That's it.
