And Then I Was The Boy

thepnutgalleryThought I was fine when I woke up. Had time to sit and drink my coffee, ate breakfast, read a couple news items before leaving for work. MASSIVE chest and abdominal pain as soon as I got on the freeway. Didn't really have a place to pull over, so I just sort of held on to the steering wheel and hoped I didn't die. Pulled over when I got off the freeway and threw up. Havent really been hungry in the mornings, but I've been eating anyway. I'm not gonna like it very much if I have to start bringing both my lunch and breakfast to work. Work went VERY slowly. I didn't get nearly as much done as I'd hoped, and ended up leaving after 11 hrs. Bah.
Tim texted me in the afternoon, thanking me for taking care of him, and he let me know he was back on his boat, doing laundry, cleaning up after Friday, and yes, cruising online. Saves me the log in to find him there, anyway. Thought about hooking up before going out, but everyone wanted to do it later.
Peter was supposed to come out with me, but never responded when I texted him. Anthony Johnson texted me; I was surprised, since I only ever see him at circuit events, and never at more local ones. Dolly took a moment at the door to ask how I was doing, which I thought was a little strange, but touching nonetheless. The music was terrible for about the first fifteen minutes. I was going to just go to the gym, but since Anthony had come out.....that turned out to be right decision, as the music got much better. Wandering, I spotted Michael Leeper. We danced for a little while, and then went outside to talk about ex relationships and the like. Vinnie was there, on many letters of the alphabet. Given that he was celebrating getting his 2nd LLM, I'm not really in any position to judge. Leeper went home, eschewing a ride, so I got back on the dance floor. An ADORKABLE boy named Devin danced with me, but didn't make any move to come home when the lights came on...or at least, I think he didn't.
Anthony gave me a ride home, and I think I should've invited him inside, but didn't think of it in time. All in all, a wonderful night.
