Unlike The Boy, I have no excuse to not post, I just forget. Two biggest news items are 1) my boss gave me my two weeks notice here at work, and 2)...well, we'll get to 2) in a minute. 1) is neither unexpected, nor undesired. It's not as convenient as it could be, if say, I had another job lined up right now, but I certainly have no qualms with it. I'm probably going to be calling in sick a lot over the course of the next two weeks, as I don't think I can take those hours with me, and I can use the time to job hunt. As always, I'd like a job in the (gay) porn industry, but another standard office-monkey type job would do as well. More of the same, more of the same. I'm still looking at Law school, although I'd be wise to take some time off before starting anything new, much less the journey towards a 3-year, multi-thousand dollar commitment.

If I don't secure a new job by April, I'm thinking of taking a trip up to Vegas, for maybe a few weeks, maybe the whole month. I know a guy who owns, but does not use, a house there, and he mentioned on multiple occaisons that I'd be welcome to stay there. On the other hand, it's been a few weeks since I've seen/had sex with him, so.......At worst, I stay in my car, and shower at a local community college or similar. Unfortunate that there are no LA Fitness in Vegas. All of that is pending my chatting with a nice young lady from Vegas about how auditions work up there; I can't imagine that there are many shows that I can walk in and just say "I want to be in your show" and audition right there. Either way, I'd need to get my car fixed up somewhat, which will be some money. I'd rather ask a car-savvy friend to do it, and pay them, but not knowing any mechanics personally, a standard mechanic will work just fine.

There is a 2), but now that I think of it, it's personal/sensitive enough that I don't think I'm going to post it. It's good enough to eclipse any negativity I might be feeling this week, though that very goodness makes for some slight awkwardness. Mwahaha! I am long winded AND cryptic today!
