Wednesday – Took Cisco out for a walk, then headed down to school to work on my legal brief. I had intended to work on it, then take it to Cato's office hours, and then head into class. I'm not sure why, but I got my time mixed up, and jumped into class all of two minutes before it started. Weinstein was under the impression that some people were no longer reading cases, so did away with asking for volunteers and called on people randomly. He called on 3-4 people before he got to one that had read the case. I was a little worried I might get called on, but I think he was looking specifically at people that had never spoken in class, and I contribute to discussions often enough I should be safe. I did go to office hours after that, though she was only answering specific questions, and not looking at even sections of the brief. Oh, well. Foolishly headed up to Nature's Express, where I got some kind of pesto pasta that didn't entirely agree with me. When will I learn? Probably never. Worked more on my brief while I was there, at least, and drove back down to school and found an equivalent parking space. Ken sent an e-mail letting me know that some folks were celebrating Tammy's B-day at Betty's. I replied that I might not be able to make it, but he was welcome to go without me. Worked more on my brief in Property, and then reluctantly went to the honor's instructor. I had to wait an unduly long time, which I didn't mind, but I definitely felt like she spent WAY more time and effort on the student in front of me. Ugh. Drove home, stopping by Nature's Express again on my way, but just picked up sauces. At home, I made a meal out of some tofu, veggies and rice. I thought about going over to Betty's, but I knew I'd just eat a bunch of chips, and I was tired. Ken asked me where I was, so I called back – they were just finishing there, and getting ready to head to Mo's. I told him I'd meet him there, had a cocktail, and downloaded some titles on the desktop. I ended up driving over, since I'd stayed at home longer than I meant to, and just missed Ken calling me to find out where I was. Tammy was there, along with Kenny, Justin, and of course Ken. I had a sip of Ken's drink, a sip of Tammy's, and a couple shots that people kept buying for people. I did not opt in for any of the fries they ordered and I was very happy with myself for that. Ken said he was feeling “rambunctious”, and I asked him what he meant by that. He just responded that I knew what he meant, and soon it was time to go. Drove us home, listening to him tell me over and over and over how he'd changed how he was walking Cisco – it was adorable, but it also put him clearly in Drunk Land. At home, he asked what I wanted to do with my night, it was completely up to me. Simple - fuck him all night long. What would you like to do? No, be serious. I am. Ended in the usual “If you want to, we can have a friend over.” I don't. “If you want to, we can have a friend over.” I didn't really mind it, though, because of the conversation we had around it. I told him that, right now, I don't get enough of him, so I certainly don't need anyone else. He said he didn't want me to get bored with him, and this was his way of letting me experience other people while still being a part of things. I replied as above, and he correctly pointed out that just because I only wanted him now, there was no guarantee I would still feel that way in 5 years. Given that that's exactly what happened with me and Anthony, I couldn't really argue with it. I sent a message to the guy that wanted to get together after Rich's, and he ended up coming over after AI. We had a decent, if not a great time with him. He and Ken ended up jacking off onto my face, which was super hot. Sent him home, got cleaned up, went to bed.
