Gonna try this

It was kind of frustrating going through my old entries, and having to look at the day after for any particular time I wanted to read about. I'm going to try updating the day after, or maybe just before I go to bed, so "today" is Wednesday, June 9.

I saw Dixie Longate's show tonight. I first met her on the Atlantis '09 cruise that I shared with Ken after the break-up. Hilarious, with an exaggerated Southern accent. I thought she might be cute as a guy, and when I told her how much I loved her show, she responded "That's so sweet -let's have sex." A girl after my own heart. We became FB friends, and chatted for the next several months. Seeing her tonight with some new friends, she chatted about how cute I was, and didn't they just want to take me home and put me on a shelf and molest me? Well too bad, because she had dibs. :-))


Sadly, I didn't stick around long enough after the show for the crowd to die down, and she didn't get my e-mail to her until much later. She has since sent me a message regretting not seeing me and saying that she already misses me. Much as I love her, and much as I'd like to hook up and then be friends, I'm a little uncomfortable with that last part. Anyway.

Ok, lets see. I like the part about you not drinking, but I understand falling to temptation. Slightly confused about the stories of men I don't know, and weirded out by this chic thing.

All in all, I'm glad you're doing well, and we never have done that lunch thing!

I should have clarified - Dixie is a drag queen. :-)) I'm free every day during the lunch hour. TTh I get out at noon, MW I don't need to be at school until 1:15. And I have an unlimited phone plan now - call/text whenever.
