Woke up a bit late, then texted with Chip. Since he'd had to leave so early the day before, he offered to take Jim around and show him Seattle. I also got a message from a FB friend who wanted to hook up with me. But his reply to my telling him I couldn't on this trip was "Why not? I have a huge cock." Because I said I can't. Fuck's sake.

I offered Jim some PB*J, but he decided he wanted to go foraging for real food. He went to a little taco shop around the corner - most of the eateries were inside of department stores, apparently. It was a charming little place, with a simple duo working inside. I was tempted to get something to support them, and also because they had Tofurkey vegan sausage on the menu, but I ultimately opted not to because I figured I'd bottom later.

Chip picked us up just a little after Jim finished, drove us around to various places, including a beach where a lovely little dog said hello. She was a new rescue, a bit thin for me, but seemed happy. While browsing FB on the way back, I happened to see a post from Richard, linking to his Tumblr. It was a suicide note. Supposedly, the trip to Chicago hadn't gone as planned. But I'm not convinced that itself wasn't really the plan, what with him going with no job or place to live lined up, and declining to meet anyone.

We took a brief nap when we got back, he fucked me when we woke up, and then it was time to go to the wedding. I'd thought we were staying in downtown because of the wedding, but the wedding itself was out about 30 min away in a neighboring town. It was a very eclectic crowd and we sat apart from everyone else. The ceremony started over an hour late, but was mercifully short in and of itself.

The reception was just as interesting. They'd asked everyone to bring an appetizer to share or a bottle of wine. Since we didn't have access to a kitchen, we just brought wine. A good thing, too, since most of the food was gone by the time our table got up to the place. We had a couple glasses of wine at the table, then skeedaddled back to the hotel. I'd texted a couple Seattle friends, including Alik, but he never responded, and Michael. He was bartending at the Eagle, so we Ubered over there. He poured strong and I don't think he charged me for all of them. He's a good friend. We spent most of the night on the back patio, and one very drunk man kind of aggressively tried to get with me. I fended him off, then spent most of the night talking to his partner. He encouraged his partner to go have fun in the dark rooms by himself, which is fascinating for me. We stayed too long and drank too much but overall had a wonderful time. I Lyfted us home and we passed out.
